Useful information for your holiday at the Falatschhof

You can look forward to many inclusive services that will make your holiday at the Falatschhof in Glorenza all the better.

The Reschensee Guest Pass

When you stay at the Falatschhof, you receive a Reschensee Guest Pass. This is a digital guest card that is included in the room price and is automatically sent to you by email during check-in or pre-check-in. It entitles you to free use of the Venosta Railway and all other public transport in South Tyrol. 

The Reschensee Guest Pass also includes additional benefits, such as discounts on event participation and admissions. More detailed information about the included services:

Arrival and Departure

• In the high season, arrival and departure is only possible on Saturdays.
  
• You are kindly requested to arrive after 1pm. We respectfully ask that you vacate your apartment before 9am on the day of your departure. Many thanks for your understanding.
  

Payment
Your booking will only be confirmed when we receive your deposit of between € 150 and € 300 per apartment.

Cancellation conditions in accordance with article 1382 of the Italian Civil Code
In accordance with the Italian consumer protection codex, there is no right of withdrawal. However, we would be delighted to grant you a right of withdrawal as per article 1382 of the Italian Civil Code, under the following conditions:

• The deposit will not be refunded in the event of a cancellation.
• In the case of a ‘no show’ on your part, or if you choose to leave us in advance, the total price for the planned duration of your stay shall be payable. 
• If you are unable to join us on your holiday, please let us know as soon as possible.
  

Cancellation Insurance
When booking your stay, we recommend that you also take out cancellation insurance with the European travel insurance company “Roter Hahn Stornoschutz”. This will cover any cancellation fees you might incur, leaving you to look forward to your holiday without any trouble.
