Local Tax
- A local tax was introduced in South Tyrol on 1 January 2014.
- The tax is payable per person, per night, to the accommodation provider. The amount of local tax payable is determined by the category of the establishment, in our case it is € 1.75 per person, per night.
- Children and adolescents below the age of 14 are exempt from this fee.
- The local tax will be due on your departure day and will be indicated separately on your bill.

General Rental Conditions
- Reservation: Your rental agreement with us comes into effect as soon as the agreed deposit (arrangement fee) has been paid.
- Cancellation: If you need to cancel your reservation up to 3 months before your scheduled arrival date, you will not be charged a cancellation fee.
If you cancel between 3 months and 4 weeks of your scheduled arrival date, we shall keep the agreed deposit.
If you cancel within 4 weeks of your scheduled arrival date, the cancellation fee shall be 100% of your booking price.
In the case of a ‘no show’ on your part, or if you choose to leave us in advance, the total price for the planned duration of your stay shall be payable.
If you are unable to join us on your holiday, please let us know as soon as possible.
